The Treehouse Studio

• No full kitchen - The dwelling has a fridge & freezer, microwave, cabinets, a water bubbler (hot&cold), coffee maker, & kettle.

• Full Bathroom - Is on the ground level. It is private (accessible only to you). You must exit the tree dwelling, descend the walkway to ground level; then walk 20 feet to reach the bathroom. Has shower, sink, toilet, hot water, heater & fan.

• Blankets, linens and towels provided.

• Sun deck & Fire-pit (b.y.o. firewood)

• Record Player with record collection! & Small curated library

Entire Property

• All 4 tree houses: Souhegan, Madawaska, Isle au Haut & The Treehouse Studio. Please see the individual listings on our site for pictures & details.

• Our treehouses have a total of 5 bedrooms; each can be set up as a king bed or 2 twins upon request (except the treehouse studio which is a king bed only).

• Three wood-fired cedar hot tubs (attached to tree houses).

• Plenty of canoes and kayaks.

• The Cookhouse, seating for 22 people, large fully equipped kitchen.

• Optional add-ons: Yoga-classes, Wooden Boat cruise.

• Depending on the time of year the Treehouse Studio can be converted into a gathering space if you’re interested in hosting a retreat. Inquire for rates etc.

3 Ways to Book the Gathering Space:

Book the Entire Property: We offer guests the option to book the entire property, including all 21 acres, Gathering Space, 3 tree dwellings, and cookhouse - as well as pleny of canoes and kayaks.

Book Just the Gathering Space by the Day: available to rent as a stand alone facility for meetings, workshops, and retreats. Can be booked by the day. Inquire for day rate and availability.

Book the Gathering Space & the Cookhouse by the Day: Combine your booking of the Gathering Space with a booking of our newly constructed Cookhouse! The Cookhouse is an open concept, post-&-beam structure, 20’x30, with a long table (seats 22) running along a wall of vintage windows looking out to the marshland and river. The space has an open kitchen area (2 stoves, 2 fridges, Microwave, large two-bay sink); all the essentials for preparing and enjoying a meal. Inquire for day rate.

The Cookhouse
