Seguin Yoga
We host weekly in-person yoga classes in our Gathering Space that are open to the public.
All are welcome to these classes no matter previous yoga experience. We offer lots of variations and props.

Bring your own yoga mat (we have some if you need one), a mask & a water bottle.
Class is $8-15 sliding scale.
Private classes
We can also arrange private classes during your stay. Private classes are $75. Email info@seguinmaine.com to book a class.
