OystHERS' owners Sadia Crosby along with her sister Lauren, are lobstermen’s daughters from Georgetown Island, Maine. At the end of 2021, after their father passed away unexpectedly, the duo decided to open Oysthers Raw Bar & Bubbly– a seasonal raw bar featuring Sadia’s own oysters and lobster rolls to support Georgetown’s local lobstermen.
